Police give chase and catch up.
Man throttles ahead, looses police, only to slow up.

Man runs ahead only to take off helmet and put in earphones, and police catch up.
He stays just far enough ahead to not be caught, often doing speed limit.
No-hand seat stand.

Man pulls into gas station and gives up.
